Private Refresher Sessions are available for those who have already completed a Chi Running® or Chi Walking® Introductory Workshop or its equivalent. Typically commencing with video analysis of your running or walking form, Refresher Sessions will allow you to:
* Refine your posture & biomechanics * Identify focuses that will maximize your improvement * Resolve issues and questions arising from your practice
Private Refresher Sessions are $70 per hour. If you would like to schedule a Refresher Session with a partner or a small group, discounted pricing will be offered.
Sessions are typically held at the Duniway Park track in SW Portland, located on SW Barbur Blvd., just south of SW Sheridan St.

If you are a past Running Mindfully client who has either attended one of Alice's prior Chi Running or Chi Walking Introductory Workshops or received the equivalent in private intruction, e-mail Alice at email@example.com and request an invitation to join the recently created Running Mindfully Practice Group on Facebook. The group will meet periodically at a Portland area track or park to hone technique by reviewing Chi Running and Chi Walking focuses. This will be a cost-effective way to deepen your own Chi Running and Chi Walking practice while connecting with potential training partners who share your interest in mindful movement. Join us!
